Meet the Founder & President

Kimberly Kelly, the founder and President of Employer Benefit Solutions, first opened her doors in 2001.

Prior to founding Employer Benefit Solutions, Kimberly gained experience working with business owners, CEO’s, and board members, first as an account executive for Banc One’s National Retail Distribution.

Kimberly negotiated with national retailers across the US and was the legal liaison between clients and Banc One.

Later, Kimberly worked for a professional employer organization (PEO) dealing with business owners, assisting them with outsourcing their administrative functions.

Life Changing Lessons-Learned

As a result, Kimberly learned a very important lesson: 

"Every one, including businesses, has different needs and until you, the business owner, have an opportunity to explain your unique situation – to someone who is willing to listen, you can not possibly get a solution that is right for you."

It was only natural for Kimberly to decide to continue working in the area of employer benefits, bringing employees and companies “Solutions that Work”, providing group health and life insurance coverage through Employer Benefit Solutions.

Quality of Life is a way of life - even in business

Kimberly Kelly believes in quality of life – and to her, that means living life to its fullest, experiencing the joys of discovering new ways to stay healthy and mentally challenged.

Yoga, spinning (the stationary bicycle variety), water skiing, and enjoying fine wine are all examples of lifestyle choices that have contributed towards making Kimberly the vibrant, successful business person that she is today.

She is a firm believer that a healthy balance between work and play is important.

Kimberly lives a healthy lifestyle because she believes in being the best that you can be. That philosophy carries forth into her work as President of Employer Benefit Solutions where she never rests on past laurels.

Kimberly constantly listens to you for ways that she can help make your relationship with your employees more mutually beneficial.

Kimberly will work hard for you. Her philosophy is “There isn’t a need you have that she can’t fulfill.” She puts your needs and your employees needs first.
